We're going to trial

We actually got into court and got the pre-trial out of the way! It was iffy. Just hours after I posted that we were on the docket for a pre-trial I got a call saying that it probably won't happen because they scheduled us with the ONE judge who has removed himself from our case. I was livid. BUT they were able to fit us in with another judge and it is over with. Now, onto the trial. I have no idea when it will be scheduled but we are crossing our fingers for January. It is supposed to last FIVE days. I just want this all to be over with. These girls deserve permanency. But even if a judge decides TPR is in their best interest the bio parents can appeal which could drag this out for YEARS.
