Easter 2011

Easter snuck up on me this year! We had just gotten back from D.C. and I still had to get everthing for baskets and eggs. Because of this we didn't go all out with baskets this year. Each girl got an outfit, a bathing suit, bubbles, and lots of candy. Oh, and they got the movie "Tangled".
Trying to share pictures when I can't show the faces of 2 of my kids is difficult. We saw the Easter Bunny. Baby Girl (who isn't much of a baby anymore) didn't really like being too close to him. The kids colored eggs at home (again, can't show you pictures of that because their faces are in all of them). We also went to an Easter festival where they got to color eggs again.


Then, we surprised the girls with baby chicks!

There's a farm near us that has a program every year called "rent-a-chick". We got to keep the chicks for 2 weeks. The girls loved it! But by the end of the 2 weeks I was ready to give them back. They are loud, messy, and had learned to get out of their box. They grew so fast...
