Permanency Planning Hearing?

So, you may remember that we were supposed to have a Permanency Planning Hearing in November. That was cancelled due to a conflict of interest. Then, it was rescheduled for February. That got cancelled - I still don't fully understand why. Anyway, we're going to try this again tomorrow. I am hoping the 3rd time's a charm! This isn't a huge step for us but it's a very necessary step so it will feel huge if we can actually get into court this time. This is basically to change the official plan from "Reunification" to "TPR & Adoption". We need to get this done so we can finally move on to the pretrial & trial (bio parents are not agreeing to the TPR and have the right to a "fair hearing"... blah, blah, blah is what I hear). Hopefully we can get past all of that so we can get to the TPR hearing.
